The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders for the supply and installation of waterproofing membrane to approximately 4,836 square meters of roof (37 buildings) at the Olympic Court Apartment Complex (Collins Court) in St. Andrew.
LOCATION:
The property is located at Olympic Court Apartment Complex (Collins Court) St. Andrew.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Tenderers must provide:
- Evidence of tax compliance
- Copy of a valid PPC registration certificate in the categories of Building Construction with a minimum Grade 2 rating, OR Roofing minimum Grade 2 rating.

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bids must be submitted online on or before 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Bids will be opened online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, immediately following the bid submission deadline.
N.B. The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.
