The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites contractors registered with Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to undertake building works at the Colbeck Castle Housing Development, Phase 4, located in St. Catherine.
LOCATION
The property is located approximately 2.7 kilometres northwest of the Old Harbour Town Centre. It is along the St. Catherine and Clarendon border.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The successful contractor will be required to undertake the construction of twenty-four (24) one-bedroom units and thirty (30) duplex housing units inclusive of all water, waste-water and electrical connections.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Tenderers must provide:
• Evidence of tax compliance.
• A copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate with a Grade 1 rating in the category of Building Construction Works.
N.B: A tender security in the form of a Bond/Bank Guarantee in the amount of JA$3,000,000.00 is required.

Bid packages will be available electronically for download from the GoJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm from Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
RETURN OF TENDERS
• Bids must be submitted electronically via the GoJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, no later than 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 24, 2022.
• Opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day immediately following bid submission deadline.
