The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites service providers registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to submit tenders to provide cesspool haulage services for one (1) year at the Industry Cove Housing Development, Hanover.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The service provider will be required to:
Extract and dispose of approximately 8,400 gallons of sewage per day from the storage/septic tanks, to an NWC/NEPA approved sewage treatment facility, three (3) times daily, Mondays to Fridays.
Sanitize the storage tanks and wet-well.
LOCATION
Industry Cove Manor is located approximately 3.5 km northeast of Green Island in Hanover. The development is situated on a parcel of land approximately 4.94 hectares or 12.21 acres.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Tenderers must provide:
• Evidence of tax compliance.
• Copy of a valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) registration certificate in the category of Cesspool Services.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ’s e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
RETURN OF TENDERS
Bid must be submitted online on or before Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.; opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following bid submission deadline.
The NHT reserves the right not to award a contract to any party with whom it is currently in litigation or with whom it has been previously involved in litigation.
